1. Use of Service

Unlock U AI is a self-assessment and talent discovery platform designed to provide
personal insights through AI-generated reports based on your questionnaire responses.
• The Platform is for informational and educational purposes only.
• Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and responsibility.
• You must be at least 18 years old to access our services or have consent from a parent/guardian.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988
(Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
• We collect only the data necessary to deliver your report and improve our
services.
• Your personal responses are kept confidential and are never sold or shared with
third parties.
• We may use de-identified data to train and improve our AI models and analytics.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to AI-generated reports, designs,
questionnaires, graphics, software, and branding elements, are the exclusive property
of Unlock U AI.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use your individual report
for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from Unlock U AI without express written permission.

4. AI-Generated Insights – Disclaimer

Unlock U AI uses artificial intelligence to interpret your responses and generate
personalised insights. While we aim to offer value and clarity:
• Our reports are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not
limited to legal, psychological, medical, financial, or career counselling.
• You are solely responsible for how you use or interpret the information provided.
• Unlock U AI does not guarantee results or success and disclaims all liability for any decisions, losses, or outcomes that result from the use of your report.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• Our Free Talent Report is provided at no cost.
• The Premium Report is available for a one-time payment of AUD $99 (inclusive
of GST).
• Due to the personalised and digital nature of the report, all purchases are final
and no refunds will be issued once the report has been generated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
• Unlock U AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-
generated content.

• Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. No Warranties

Unlock U AI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Platform
will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

8. Modifications to Terms
Unlock U AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.

• Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the
revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of New South Wales.
